The Service may allow multiple Authorized Users to access and work within a Tenant according to assigned roles, permissions, and access controls.
The Service may include integrations, APIs, AI providers, and third-party components.
4. Accounts, Authorized Users, and Authentication
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
Customers are responsible for determining which individuals are authorized to access their Tenant and for ensuring that their Authorized Users comply with these Terms.
Account Administrators may be permitted to invite, remove, suspend, or modify the roles, permissions, and access of Authorized Users within their Tenant.
Customers and Account Administrators are responsible for maintaining appropriate access controls and for promptly removing or restricting access when an Authorized User no longer requires access to the Tenant.
Actions performed by an Authorized User within a Tenant may be treated as actions authorized by the customer associated with that Tenant.
You must not access or attempt to access a Tenant unless you have been authorized to do so.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts or access to a Tenant for security or policy violations.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.
You must not misuse the Service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access or disrupt operations.
You must not access, attempt to access, retrieve, modify, interfere with, or discover Customer Data belonging to another Tenant except where expressly authorized through functionality provided by the Service.
You must not use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
Unless explicitly supported by the Service, you must not store, transmit, or submit sensitive personal data, including government identification numbers, financial account information, payment card data, medical or health information, authentication credentials, or other regulated or highly sensitive information.
We may apply reasonable usage limits, rate limits, throttling, bandwidth limits, storage limits, or other technical restrictions to any part of the Service to maintain security, availability, performance, and reasonable use of Service resources.
You must not upload, store, transmit, distribute, or otherwise use the Service to provide malicious software, viruses, harmful code, or other content intended to compromise, disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data.

You further represent and warrant that you are not identified on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You may not use the Service for any unlawful, prohibited, or sanctioned purpose.
7. AI Features and Acceptable Use
The Service includes AI-powered features that generate outputs and may perform actions based on user-provided inputs and instructions.
You may use AI features only for lawful and legitimate business purposes.
AI-powered actions initiated by an Authorized User are performed within the context of the applicable Tenant and the access and functionality made available to that user.
Customers are responsible for determining which Authorized Users may access AI-powered functionality and for reviewing resulting actions and outputs as appropriate.
You must not use AI features to generate unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive content.
You must not attempt to extract, infer, or access data belonging to other users or Tenants.
You must not attempt to use AI-powered functionality to circumvent Tenant boundaries, permissions, access controls, or other security restrictions.
You must not attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or exploit AI systems.
You must not submit sensitive personal data to AI-powered features unless explicitly supported by the Service.
We may monitor usage and apply rate limits or restrictions to prevent abuse.
Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of access.
8. Service Availability and Modifications
We may modify, suspend, restrict, discontinue, or update any part of the Service at any time, including features, integrations, AI providers, storage allowances, file restrictions, data-transfer or download allowances, rate limits, usage limits, roles, permissions, or functionality.
The Service may occasionally become unavailable due to maintenance, updates, security events, third-party service interruptions, infrastructure failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, uptime, or error-free operation of the Service.
Certain features may be identified as beta, preview, experimental, or early-access features and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
We are not responsible for delays, failures, or inaccuracies caused by third-party providers, including AI model providers, hosting providers, payment processors, or external integrations.
9. AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated outputs are probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or omissions.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI outputs.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving any AI-generated content or AI-initiated action before relying upon it or using it for business purposes.
AI outputs should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice.
You assume all risk associated with use of AI-generated outputs and AI-powered functionality.
10. Customer Data
The customer associated with a Tenant retains ownership of all data, content, files, and Attachments submitted to or maintained within that Tenant, subject to any rights of third parties.
Customer Data created, submitted, uploaded, or modified by an Authorized User within a Tenant remains associated with the applicable Tenant and is not treated by the Service as the personal property of the individual Authorized User solely because that user created, submitted, uploaded, or modified it.
You grant us a limited license to host, store, copy, transmit, process, scan, display, and otherwise handle your Customer Data as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and operate the Service.
Authorized Users may access, create, modify, delete, or otherwise interact with Customer Data according to the roles, permissions, and functionality made available to them within the Tenant.
You are responsible for ensuring that your data complies with applicable laws.
You are responsible for determining which individuals should have access to your Tenant and Customer Data and for configuring appropriate roles, permissions, and access controls.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and lawful authority necessary to upload, store, process, access, modify, and share Customer Data through the Service.
11. Multi-Tenant Environment and Tenant Access
The Service operates using shared infrastructure designed to support multiple customers and Tenants.
Customer Data is logically associated with and separated by Tenant.
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and logical safeguards designed to separate and protect Customer Data across Tenants.
Authorized Users may access Customer Data and Service functionality within a Tenant according to their assigned roles, permissions, and access controls.
Customers and their Account Administrators are responsible for configuring and maintaining user access, permissions, roles, and security settings within their Tenant.
Account Administrators may have the ability to access or manage Customer Data, user accounts, permissions, settings, activity records, and other information associated with their Tenant.
Authorized Users acknowledge that their access to and use of a Tenant may be subject to the control and administration of the customer and its designated Account Administrators.
You must not attempt to access, retrieve, modify, interfere with, or discover Customer Data belonging to another Tenant except where expressly authorized through functionality provided by the Service.
While we take reasonable measures to protect the Service and Customer Data, no system or method of electronic storage, transmission, or logical separation can guarantee absolute security or isolation.
12. Free Account
By signing up for or accessing a free account or free Tenant you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Free accounts and any associated features, benefits, usage allowances, storage allowances, Authorized User access, or promotional access are provided at our sole discretion and may be modified, restricted, suspended, or terminated at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.
You may delete your account or, where applicable and authorized, a Tenant through functionality made available within the Service.
13. Monthly Subscription
By purchasing a monthly subscription, you agree to pay the applicable recurring subscription fees at the then-current subscription rate until your subscription is canceled.
Subscription billing and payment processing are handled through a third-party payment processor, which will automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until cancellation.
Recurring charges are generally processed on the same calendar day of each billing cycle or, when applicable, on the last valid day of the month.
Promotional pricing, discounts, rebates, trial offers, or other special pricing may apply only for a limited period and may automatically renew at the then-current standard subscription rate.
Subscription plans may include different features, storage allowances, usage allowances, Authorized User capabilities, and other Service limits as described at the time of subscription.
Unless otherwise stated, subscription features, storage allowances, usage allowances, and other Service limits may apply at the Tenant level rather than separately to each Authorized User.
Usage by Authorized Users within a Tenant may count toward the applicable Tenant's shared storage allowances, usage allowances, rate limits, and other Service limits.
We may suspend or terminate your subscription or access to the Service if payment cannot be successfully processed or if billing information is inaccurate, expired, or invalid.
Access to subscription features is conditioned upon payment of applicable subscription fees.
You may cancel your subscription at any time subject to the terms of our Cancellation Policy.
14. AI Credits
AI Credits represent prepaid access to automated processing services and are consumed when users initiate processing tasks.
AI Credits are not money, are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable, and do not constitute stored value.
Unless otherwise stated, AI Credits associated with a Tenant may be available for consumption by Authorized Users who have access to applicable AI-powered functionality within that Tenant.
AI Credit usage by Authorized Users may be deducted from the applicable Tenant's shared AI Credit balance.
Customers are responsible for managing Authorized User access to AI-powered functionality and the resulting consumption of AI Credits within their Tenant.
AI Credit consumption rates are determined at the time of processing based on factors including underlying AI provider pricing, selected models, processing type, and applicable platform service rates.
Usage costs depend on underlying provider pricing and model selection.
15. Attachments and File Storage
The Service may allow Authorized Users to upload, store, access, and download files and attachments within a Tenant. Attachments are considered Customer Data and remain subject to these Terms.
Attachment storage may be subject to storage allowances, file-size limits, file-type restrictions, retention limits, usage limits, and other technical restrictions based on the applicable Tenant, account, or subscription.
Unless otherwise stated, storage allowances and related usage limits may be shared among Authorized Users within a Tenant.
We may establish or modify reasonable limits on Attachment uploads, downloads, storage, data transfer, request frequency, or other usage in order to manage Service capacity, control costs, maintain security and availability, and prevent excessive, automated, abusive, or unauthorized use.
We may temporarily restrict, throttle, or suspend Attachment uploads, downloads, or other access when applicable limits are exceeded or when activity reasonably appears excessive, automated, abusive, or harmful to the Service or other users.
The Service may use automated security or malware scanning for certain Attachments. Such scanning is provided as a security measure and does not guarantee that an Attachment is safe, secure, free from malicious code, or otherwise suitable for use. You are responsible for exercising appropriate precautions when uploading, downloading, opening, or distributing Attachments.
You are responsible for maintaining copies or backups of Attachments you wish to retain. Attachments may be permanently deleted in connection with Tenant deletion, account deletion, termination, expiration of applicable retention periods, or as otherwise permitted under these Terms.
If a change to an account, Tenant, or subscription results in Customer Data exceeding an applicable storage allowance, we may restrict additional uploads or other Attachment functionality until usage is reduced or the account is upgraded. We may establish reasonable procedures or retention periods for Customer Data exceeding applicable storage allowances.
16. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time after purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management functionality made available within the Service, including through our third-party payment processor.
Requests to cancel by e-mail or phone are not considered, and do not accomplish, cancellation.
Once you cancel your monthly subscription, you will not lose access immediately.
Your subscription will continue through the end of your current charge cycle.
If your credit card is charged on the 14th of the month and you cancel on June 29th, you will not lose access until July 14th.
Upon expiration of a paid subscription, available features, storage allowances, usage limits, and Authorized User capabilities may revert to those applicable to the Tenant's remaining service level.
17. Refund Policy
Subscription payments and fees are non-refundable.
If you believe a charge was made in error, you were charged after properly canceling your subscription, or you believe exceptional circumstances warrant a refund, please contact us directly to request a review. We encourage you to contact us regarding any billing concern before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Any refund or credit provided is at our discretion and does not create an obligation to provide refunds in similar circumstances.
To prevent future charges you must cancel your monthly subscription before the next billing cycle according to our cancellation policy.
AI Credit purchases, whether purchased separately or included with a subscription, are non-refundable.
Unused AI Credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash or monetary compensation.
AI Credits may be consumed at varying rates depending on the AI model, provider pricing, and processing type used at the time of usage.
Changes to AI Credit consumption rates apply prospectively to future usage only.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or issuance, purchased AI Credits remain associated with the applicable account or Tenant until used or the account or Tenant is terminated.
Promotional, trial, or free AI Credits may be subject to expiration dates, usage limits, or revocation.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.
18. Termination, User Removal, and Tenant Control
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service or a Tenant at any time for violation of these Terms, security concerns, suspected abuse, non-payment, legal compliance requirements, or protection of the Service or other users.
Customers and Account Administrators may remove or restrict an Authorized User's access to a Tenant according to the functionality made available through the Service.
Removal, suspension, or termination of an individual Authorized User does not necessarily result in deletion of Customer Data that the Authorized User created, submitted, uploaded, or modified within a Tenant. Such Customer Data may remain associated with the Tenant and available to other Authorized Users with appropriate access.
Upon deletion or termination of a Tenant, Customer Data associated with that Tenant, including Attachments, may be permanently deleted and may not be recoverable.
You are responsible for downloading or otherwise retaining copies of Customer Data, including Attachments, that you wish to retain before deleting a Tenant or terminating use of the Service.
Certain information may be retained as required for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, backup, or compliance purposes.
We are not responsible for resolving internal disputes among customers, Account Administrators, Authorized Users, employees, contractors, owners, or other parties regarding ownership, administration, authority, or control of a Tenant.
If a dispute arises regarding authority or control over a Tenant, we may temporarily restrict administrative changes, suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service or Customer Data, or require reasonable documentation establishing authority before modifying control of the Tenant.
Termination of the Service, a Tenant, or an Authorized User's access does not relieve you of any payment obligations incurred prior to termination.
